Your product will always be shipped through USPS or UPS. We estimate 5 - 9 days for domestic deliveries. You will receive an email with a tracking number to track your brushes arrival.
*PRE-ORDER Delivery Notice* The brushes are currently being produced as of 7/30/2018. The expected delivery date and tracking number of your order is between 11/1/2018 & 11/30/2018 and you will be notified as soon as your order is shipped. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding that excellence cannot be rushed.

Return & Warranty
We guarantee you will dominate with your brush, or we will give a full refund if you are not satisfied. Refund will be given once the product is returned. Our return policy is 30 days from your purchase. To be eligible the brush must be returned with a receipt for proof of purchase returned in same packaging.
We will gladly replace your brush if you experience a manufacturer’s defect within the first 30 days of your purchase. We require you to send the product to us. We will provide return shipping labels through email. Our warranty does not cover normal wear or use on the bristles, anything beyond the application and blending of hair color during coloring services, and we are not responsible for dissatisfied clients of the hairstylist.
